My journey through architecture, engineering, business management, decision sciences, IT, and mathematical modeling led me to an electrifying discovery—the key to driving growth in organizations lies in mastering the science of human behavior.
It all began in the 1990s when my research on designed spaces revealed that human interaction, not structure, determined success. This insight deepened in the 2000s as I explored information security, where insider threats exposed the critical role of psychology in digital systems. My research found many common denominators and alarm bells and how organizations could better protect themselves from information or security breaches,
Over time, I integrated cognitive neuroscience, statistics, and behavioral economics to predict human actions in business and organizational settings.
From calculus-based modeling to Bayesian inference and behavioral economics, my multidisciplinary approach has transformed how businesses anticipate and influence human decision-making. Today, AI and machine learning further amplify these capabilities, making behavioral prediction more precise than ever.
As I continue this journey, my mission remains clear: to decode the human element in systems and harness this knowledge for innovation, growth, and success.
